What to Expect From Your Initial Consultation

Your first visit or initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your initial consultation, we will:

1. Review your dental and medical history forms
2. Perform a complete oral exam, with X-rays, to determine whether treatment is necessary
3. Help you create a customized treatment plan
4. Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans

Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and we will provide all the information you need to determine which treatment is right for you. Please contact our practice to schedule your initial consultation.

Consultation Fee

A $50 consultation fee is required for all new patient visits. This fee will be applied toward your treatment cost should you choose to begin treatment at our office.

What to Bring to Your Consultation

We do everything we can to make sure your first visit is enjoyable and smooth, but you can help to by coming prepared with the following things:

2. Patient Forms filled out
